Leadox is a service-based company that provides fully managed inbound and outbound call automation and workflow automation solutions using third-party technologies. We do not sell software or licenses.
2. Service Engagement
By booking a demo or onboarding with Leadox, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Cooperate during setup and integration
Not misuse the service for illegal or unethical purposes
All services are custom implemented and may require access to third-party platforms as needed.
3. Payment & Plans
All pricing is agreed upon before service begins
Payments are due based on the custom agreement or invoice terms
We do not accept payments through this website or collect credit card data directly
Service activation begins after agreement signing and initial onboarding
4. Third-Party Tools
Leadox integrates third-party tools (e.g., Cal.com, Mailgun, AI voice agents). You are subject to those tools’ own terms and policies. Leadox is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues arising from third-party systems.
5. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Modify, improve, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Terminate services if a client violates our terms or engages in harmful activities
You may cancel or pause service anytime with advance written notice, subject to the agreed terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom automation setups, workflows, and configurations created by Leadox remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any marketing, branding, or AI agent voice scripts we provide are not to be resold or redistributed.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, business processes, and internal communications as confidential. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose Leadox methods or strategies without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Leadox is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business due to service downtime or third-party failures
Any indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of service fees paid
